At Whyt One, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We currently accept returns for orders delivered to the following countries:
🇮🇳 India
🇺🇸 United States
🇨🇳 China
🇦🇺 Australia

For all other countries, return services are not yet available — but we’re actively working to expand global support.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return,  go to website find return you purchase in the header menu and  with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items
• Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care
• Custom or personalized orders


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.




Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved . after  approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
